oh goodness so i had been kinda pigging out on certain days or going into late night snacking mode that i had no idea if it was part water weight part weight gain or straight up weight gain. i normally go back and forth during the weeks between 130 (sometimes 129) to 133 but this past week i actually went back and forth between 135 and 138. who knows what. i was absolutely mortified with myself and my eating habits. so one can only imgaine my surprise when i got on the scale and saw it said *checks phone* 130.6 here i am again close to my goal of 125 whoop whoop and this time i’m keeping on track with my eating and working out including a new dance one that i tried once and absolutely love haha. yup got about a month and a half to reach my goal weight and get a jump start on my healthier life style. i say jump start because to me summer will be the true test to see if i do stick with this after all.
